Meet Dr. Friedman
Michael C. Friedman, DDS, believes in providing his patients with the best comprehensive dental care possible. His mission is to help patients achieve the highest level of care they desire in a comfortable, modern environment at Sharon Springs Dental in Cumming, Georgia. He uses the latest technology and techniques and continuously pursues ongoing education in his field.
Dr. Friedman was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He earned his dental degree from New York University after receiving his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the State University of New York at Albany.
Before joining the team at Sharon Springs Dental, Dr. Friedman worked in Atlanta for many years. He is a member of the Advanced Dental Implant Studies Group, Spear Study Club, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Friedman also served as a board member for the Alpha Omega Dental Society, where he volunteers his services to provide free dental care to those in need through the Henry Schein Holocaust Survivor Oral Health Program.
Dr. Friedman lives in Marietta, Georgia, with his wife, two sons, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He loves to spend time sailing on Lake Allatoona, as well as playing tennis and golf. He enjoys good food and loves cooking for friends and family.

Stacy Gagne, Dental Hygienist
After spending ten years at PepsiCo, Stacy Gagne pursued her longtime dream of becoming a dental hygienist. She graduated from Georgia State in 2006 and has worked at just three practices before joining Sharon Springs Dental.
Stacy is passionate about providing top-notch patient care in a comfortable environment. She finds the dental field rewarding because of its ability to transform lives and takes pride in being part of those moments.
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Alpharetta with her husband of 27 years, and together they are enjoying life as empty nesters with their two grown children.
Crisly, Lead Dental Assistant
Crisly has been an expanded functions dental assistant for over 18 years. It has always been a priority to assure patients they are comfortable during their visits and provide them the utmost standard of care. Her skills and compassion in providing excellent care in both English and Spanish allow for the ultimate patient experience.
Crisly moved to Georgia from Florida to be able to enjoy spending time with her family alongside with her husband Yoel and son Remy.
Daily she enjoys a good workout/run. She loves exploring great restaurants all over Atlanta with friends and family. Also, she enjoys a great target run with her son.
Sam, Office Manager
Samuel Richter is a Registered Dental Hygienist who now works diligently as our Chief of Operations to ensure our patients receive outstanding care. Sam believes that preventative dental care and a healthy mouth are of utmost importance to overall health. Sam has worked in dentistry for 20 years and has experience as a receptionist, assistant, insurance coordinator, office manager and Dental Hygienist. He is currently also an instructor for Georgia School of Dental Assisting. Sam is a CPR instructor and won the Golden Scaler award for clinical excellence while attending Dental Hygiene school. Sam is married with a son, daughter and a dog. Sam lives in Flowery Branch. His hobbies include boating, watersports, riding ATV’s, snow skiing, and RC cars.
Leza Clark, Dental Hygienist
Leza grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City and moved to Georgia in 1995 to attend dental hygiene school in Savannah. After graduating in 1997, she settled in the Johns Creek area and has been practicing full-time ever since.
She recently joined our team at Sharon Springs Dental and is excited to continue her nearly 30-year career, proudly serving the people of Forsyth County, where she has lived for 25 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters, her rescue dogs, Lola and Simon, and unwinding at her home away from home in beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Nancy Hurtt, Dental Assistant
Nancy has over 30 years of Expanded Dental Assisting and is cross trained for front office work. She previously worked with Dr. Friedman for 6 years and is happy to be working with him again. She provides comfort and trust to her patients. Nancy is from Chicago and moved to Snellville over 20 years ago. She has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
She enjoys family time with her family. Her Hobbies are Camping, Hiking, Fishing and Jewelry making.
Britney Bailey, Insurance Coordinator
Britney was born and raised in North Georgia. She graduated from Lanier Tech as a Dental Assistant in 2004, then went on to get her Expanded Duties certification from Gwinnett Tech. She has been a Dental Assistant, Dental Assisting Instructor, and Dental Front office staff since graduating. Britney’s knowledge of Dentistry, experience, passion for the Dental field, and strong Patient Care equip her to help her patients in their Dental visits. Her goal is to help patients understand their dental procedures, insurance coverage, help with any necessary financial arrangements, and to make them comfortable during their visit.
Britney lives in Flowery Branch with her husband Wesley. They have 5 children, Madison, Lily, Annabelle, Wyatt, and Willow. She enjoys traveling with her family, spending time on the lake, shopping, reading, and spending time with her dogs Logan and Luna.
LauraLee Ehrgott, Scheduling Coordinator
Laura Lee has been in the Dental field for 2 years. She really enjoys meeting and greeting all of our friendly patients and is excellent at getting patients scheduled correctly and quickly. She lives in Flowery Branch with her husband and dog. She enjoys pickleball and boating with friends.
